What a Personality!

Joshua LOVES his spaghetti. And I love the mess he makes of himself when he eats it. And his cheeky smile he has. Who knew a plate of spaghetti could bring such joy to a child?

I have started making smoothies lately, and Joshua always makes me share with him. So here is yet another photo of him eating:)

Since it has been so sunny and warm outside, I have started putting Joshua out on the back porch with his trike, and bocking the stairs off with a baby gate. He really enjoys being out there, but does not like tat he can no longer fit his head through the pickets (thanks to Daddy putting more in so that our porch meet the safety code). Anyhow, Joshua's new thing is to push his toys up to things and crawl up on them so that he can get to what he wants, weather that be the DVDs or just a better view of the back yard.
The past couple of weeks I have been having a few friends over to scrapbook, whenever we get together there are tree infants, so I have kept my swing and other infant toys out so that their Mother's can actually get something done. And as you can see Joshua still feels that he should be able to swing in his baby swing. Yes, the swing was closed, in hopes of deterring this behavior, but he climbed up over the front lap tray and slid down into the swing all by himself. What a clever kid! I am amazed that he only has one scar on his face so far in his life.

Today Joshua found his Thomas the Tank Engine Magazine, and a pencil, and proceeded to color the entire magazine while "hiding" under the table.
