Mexico

Joshua absolutely loved playing in the pools at the hotel. All he wanted to do was splash and watch the watter fly in the air. It was so much fun to watch him squeal with joy as he played in the water.
It's hard to see Joshua's smile, but it is so big he can almost get both hands in his mouth, he just loves to be thrown up in the air.
the day we went down to the beach to take family photos there were about 30 pelicans sitting on the rocks, flying, and swimming in the water. I wish I could have gotten a picture of Joshua watching them ( the sun was at just the wrong angle to get both in the pic.), he is mesmerized by anything up in the air.
Joshua loves to play with anything he sees us with, the phones, and remotes are his favorites. On the road trip up he discovered the steering wheel, yup, he is going to be a car man just like his Dad and Grand Dads are.

Oh my what happened to November? Life is going by so fast, and Joshua is getting so big. He has learned how to click his tongue, and loves to flip his tongue over in his mouth, stick it out, or roll it in his mouth. He also loves when other people do things with their tongues so he can see.

Cousins, Uncle Steve, and Great Grandma

One night in Mexico we all went out to a restaurant for dinner, at about 7 each night they do a show where the Waiters and Waitresses dance. When Bryce saw this he had to get up on the table and dance along, it did not take long before Jack had to get up with Bryce, and Carli later stood on a chair and danced. It's hard to tell from the photo but they are doing the chicken dance also known as the chicken polka.
Before we left we had to get a picture of my Dad's Mother and all of the great grandchildren. At the left we have Bryce, Great Grandma Huston, Joshua, Carli, and Jack.
While waiting to get through customs, my arms got tired so I asked Jack if he would hold Joshua, since he got to ride in a stroller, and we had not brought one (a stroller is definitely on the list for the next vacation).
We got to share a hotel room with my youngest brother Steve, he got quite a bit of time with Joshua. In this photo Joshua is wearing James' hat and shaking the maracas that Great Grandma Huston bought for him.

Family photos in Mexico

While in Mexico this last month, I figured it would be the perfect time to get some family photos, not only to take advantage of the beautiful views, but also because we have not ever really got any other than a few snap shots at the house.

It is hard to see but there are at least 30 pelicans behind us on the rocks.
